We believe that if an agent makes then breaks a promise you should be free to take your business elsewhere - not be locked into contract which can be for 20 weeks or more. In fact, we advise that caution should be observed if you are asked to sign one! Our agency agreement does not lock you in therefore leaving you free to choose. We really do only ask for 2 weeks written notice!

We liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and financial advisers involved in your chain on a regular basis, keeping you fully informed of progress.
